George D. Psoinos

Mr. Psoinos is an attorney in Palm Beach County for over 40 years practicing in the areas of Business Law, For-Profit and Not-for-Profit Entity Formation; Business Purchase and Sale, Venture Structuring, Business Succession Planning, Contract Negotiation and Preparation, and Circuit Civil Mediation. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Florida Bar Association, Palm Beach County Bar Association, the American Bar Locally, he is Chairman of the St. Catherine Greek Orthodox Church Endowment Fund Committee in West Palm Beach, member of the American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association (AHEPA), Liaison Advisor of the Hellenic Charitable Fund of Florida, First Vice-President and First Vice-President of the Board of Directors of the Center for Technology, Enterprise and Development, Inc., (T.E.D. Center), Delray Beach, Florida, and the 2023 recipient of the Archangel Michael Award given by the Greek Orthodox Metropolis of Atlanta .
